Zyph (“we”, “us”) helps you build a personal AI profile by learning from your on-screen activity. We collect data only to provide and improve Zyph, we don’t sell it, and you stay in control.

This policy applies to Zyph and our website at usezyph.com.

What we collect

Zyph may collect screen capture data and related metadata (like timestamps and app/window names) to build your personal AI profile and generate summaries/insights for you.

We also collect typical account and usage data, such as your email address, authentication information, and basic product analytics needed to run the service reliably.

How we use your data

• Provide Zyph’s core features (learning, insights, and chat with your profile).
• Maintain and improve reliability, security, and performance.
• Support billing, customer support, and account management.

Where your data is stored

We store your data securely using Supabase. We take reasonable steps to protect data at rest and in transit, and we restrict access to authorized personnel and systems.

Sharing and selling

We never sell your personal data to third parties. We only share data with service providers when needed to operate Zyph (for example, infrastructure providers), and only for the purpose of delivering the service.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our servers. Stripe may collect and process payment information according to their policies.

Your choices and control

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. If you need help, contact us and we’ll assist.
